A well-known educational institute of Nagaland has added another feather in the hat by its recent achievement. Livingstone Foundation Higher Secondary School (LFHSS) has been awarded with the  India’s School Merit Award, 2017 in Bengaluru on Saturday.

The schools were categorized under 10 parameters

The Livingstone Foundation Higher Secondary School (LFHSS) is a well-known educational institute of Nagaland, but its recent achievement it has become the 13th best school Pan India and worth mentioning that it tops the state as well.

An event was organized in Bengaluru to felicitated various Schools for their remarkable work in various fields for an overall development of its pupils.

For this, around 1300 survey forums of schools were shortlisted and out of that 200 schools were selected in which the Livingstone School of Nagaland makes his place too.

As per the information, there were 10 parameters on which schools were measured and after passing all the parameters LFHSS has become the 13th best school in India and number one in the state.

It has also received India’s School Merit Award, 2017 in Bengaluru on Saturday.

The schools were categorized under 10 parameters – academic reputation, individual attention, infrastructure provision, innovative leadership management, quality and co-curricular activities, etc.

LFHSS was adjudged among the Top-200 Schools on the basis of its holistic approach towards the development of its students through co-curricular activities and academic coordination, which was highly appreciated in the national educational circles.

The competition includes various boards including CBSE, ICSE and various State boards by Education Today Co, a total of 200 top schools and 50 pre-schools were shortlisted. And in the final scrutiny made by the Education Today Co. in which LFHSS placed on the 13th position pan India.
