Meghalaya: CM Mukul Sangma Innaugrates Health Centre

The Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Dr. Mukul Sangma inaugurated the Community Health Centre on Wednesday, 2o December. He dedicated the Community Health Centre to the people of  Mawphlang.

CM Mukul Sangma, who himself has been a doctor, said that he’s taking the measures to improve the medical facilities in the state. The CM said that, with the opening of community health centre in  Mawphlang, it would prove to be a milestone in strengthening the healthcare infrastructure in the state. He later added that the CHC would definitely ensure easy access to equitable, affordable & quality medical services for the people of Mawphlang.

CM Mukul Sangma inaugurated a new building of a Higher Secondary school in Mylliem. As per the CM, the inauguration has been done under the Human Capital Development in Meghalaya initiative. The CM said that it would help the children get the better facilities and the quality education so that they could be skilled enough to marvel. He later added that his government is taking every step to provide the quality education to the children of Meghalaya which could transform them highly competent and globally competitive.

CM Mukul Sangma also unveiled the plaque for newly re-organised Mylliem C&RD Block during the function. He shared the photographs of the event on his Twitter account.
